Flags A Fly'n is a relatively new company that was started in 2003. It is owned and operated by Rosanne Hardwick and she is assisted by her husband Paul Hardwick.
Rosanne has been actively involved with customer service and sales of flags and flagpoles since 2001. Rosanne also creates sales, advertising and marketing literature for a nationally known flagpole manufacturer, as well as some local flag and banner companies.
Paul has been actively involved in the manufacturing of flagpoles since 1993. This has included the design, procurement, sales and maintenance of flagpoles. Paul has created sales campaigns for both flags and flagpoles and was the general manager of a nationally known flagpole manufacturer prior to his decision to join the Flags A Fly'n team.
